First United Funding, LLC and Corey N. Johnston  (“Debtors”)

            PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:

            On October 23, 2009, the District Court for the County of Dakota, State of Minnesota (“Court”) appointed James A. Bartholomew, Patrick Finn, and Lighthouse Management Group, Inc. as Receiver for First United Funding, LLC.  On December 4, 2009, the Receiver was appointed as Receiver for the non-exempt assets of Corey Johnston (collectively, with First United Funding, LLC, the “Debtors”).

            Pursuant to the Court’s order dated May 3, 2010, the deadline for all claimants to file proofs of claim against the Debtors is 5:00 p.m. on May 31, 2010.  Pursuant to this Court’s broad equity powers and Minn. R. Gen. Prac. 137.04, any claimant who fails to file its claim on or before the deadline may be barred from claiming an interest in or receiving payment out of the property or assets of the Debtors.

            All creditors holding any claim(s) arising prior to October 23, 2009 against First United Funding, LLC or arising prior to December 4, 2009 against Corey Johnston (collectively, the “Appointment Date”) must deliver a separate, completed and signed original proof of claim in accordance with the instructions set forth in this Notice.  A separate proof of claim form must be filed for each Debtor.  Each proof of claim form must be delivered, either by mail or hand delivery, together with accompanying supporting documentation, to:

                        as Receiver for First United Funding, LLC and Corey Johnston
                        2091 County Road D East
                        Suite C-100
                        Maplewood, Minnesota 55109

so as to be actually received no later than 5:00 p.m. Central time on May 31, 2010.
